Who are We?
Cara Westover, LMFT
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist | Clinical Strategist
Cara Westover is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping high-functioning individuals explore the emotional, relational, and identity-driven challenges that often live just beneath the surface. Her work supports clients who carry a lot—professionally, emotionally, or interpersonally—and are ready to engage in deep, clarifying therapeutic work.
Cara brings particular expertise in supporting clients navigating disordered eating, GLP-1 use, leadership stress, intimacy, and identity exploration. Her approach is private, strategic, and grounded in compassion—always tailored to meet the pace and depth that each client needs.
With over a decade of experience across clinical, executive, and innovation roles in behavioral health, Cara has worked with executives, founders, public figures, and professionals in high-performance industries including finance, tech, and healthcare. She has also led national therapy operations and clinical programming in the digital health space, giving her a unique lens into what it means to sustain emotional health while navigating visibility, responsibility, and complexity.
Cara creates a calm, responsive space where clients can explore what’s underneath—without judgment and without having to over-explain who they are. Her work is client-centered, depth-oriented, and inclusive, with a focus on helping people feel more aligned, empowered, and at home in themselves.
Veronica Jenkins, NBHWC
National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach
Veronica Jenkins is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach who partners with high-achieving women—especially those navigating leadership, identity, and life transitions—with clarity, confidence, and care. With a focus on executive wellbeing, Veronica brings a grounded, culturally responsive approach to coaching that centers the lived experiences of women of color, particularly during pivotal phases such as perimenopause, menopause, and professional reinvention.
Her clients often come to her feeling pulled in multiple directions—mentally sharp but physically depleted, successful on paper but disconnected from themselves. Veronica creates space to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with what’s real and sustainable. Her approach blends strategic insight with deep listening, helping women leaders restore alignment between how they lead, how they live, and what they need in the present moment.
With a background in corporate wellness and a passion for integrative, evidence-based practices, Veronica specializes in supporting women through hormonal transitions, burnout recovery, and redefining success on their own terms.
